September 2025 was a month of expansion and innovation for TME Education, as ambassadors across Africa and Asia delivered transformative STEM programmes focused on practical electronics, IoT, and robotics.
In Liberia, Ambassador Archie Forpoh launched a two-month IoT and Robotics Masterclass at the Orange Digital Center, engaging 40 young innovators in electronics, Arduino programming, IoT systems, and robotics. The initiative empowered participants, including young women, to design connected prototypes addressing real-world challenges such as smart lighting and environmental monitoring.
In Kenya, Ambassador Kelvin Kangethe led an IoT Bootcamp at the Technical University of Mombasa, training 50 students in sensor integration and data visualisation, while tutor Abisalom advanced his trainees in mobile phone repair and hardware troubleshooting. In Tanzania, our partner TOIO Labs continued their field collaboration with Mbeya University, providing practical digital fabrication experience for mechatronics students.
In Zimbabwe, robotics became a mandatory subject at Bexley Primary School, the first of its kind in the country, ensuring every child gains access to future-ready skills. Benin ran a mini-hackathon on Smart Traffic systems, while Zambia’s students presented Arduino-based projects at the Industrialisation Skills Week Africa. Meanwhile, Uganda, Madagascar, and India continued intensive embedded systems and electronics workshops in universities and schools.
Across continents, our ambassadors continue to empower thousands of learners with the confidence to build, code, and create, shaping a generation ready to lead the future of innovation across Africa and Asia.
Besides that, as usual, there were a lot of other events, which we invite you to follow on our social media, that took place across different countries by our Ambassadors and Tutors.
