November was a busy month for TME Education in Cameroon. The programme’s ambassador, Loic Dessap, conducted workshops at two institutions and attended two events promoting entrepreneurial and innovative attitude amongst the youth.
First, Loic visited the Catholic University of Buea in Douala. The event was attended by almost 70 students of different disciplines like business, agriculture, mechanical, chemical and electrical engineering. The four-day training consisted of several sections related to general ideas of electronics, identifying electronic devices and, finally, exploring TME Edu Kit during the practical classes of Arduino programming. The participants could test their knowledge while performing some simple experiments.

The next stop for Loic was IMP (Institue Moderne Polyvalent) in Douala. This time the classes were attended by 15 students. The three-day event’s aim was to teach Arduino programming on a practical level. The process was facilitated by TME Edu Kit which was designed to make such classes easier, more intuitive and attractive to students.
The participants of both events received TME Education Certificates to confirm their newly acquired abilities.
