TME Education Ethiopia Celebrates Inclusion Through Technology

TME Education Ethiopia marked its 10th anniversary with a celebration centred on inclusion, practical learning and student achievement.

Led by Ambassador Robe Getachew, learners from Empower Abilities for Youth and Children Center presented electronics and coding projects. Their work included a Smart Greenhouse Protector using Arduino to monitor temperature and light, and a Smart Pedestrian Crossing System using lights and sound signals.

Students, parents and educators joined special needs awareness activities, project presentations and certificate awards.

The celebration showed how children with special needs can learn, build, code and confidently present technical projects when teaching is adapted to their needs. It encouraged families to recognise ability and create more opportunities for children to participate in technology education.

The event reflected TME Education’s commitment to equal access and practical learning through technology.
