In March, TME Education partnered with The MakersPlace to successfully host the Robotics for Good Youth Challenge – Ghana Edition 2025 at Academic City University, Accra. The event brought together over 180 students from 11 schools to design robotic solutions for disaster response, aligning with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. As part of the global AI for Good initiative, powered by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the competition equipped students with hands-on STEM skills. My Redeemer School emerged as the national winner in both Junior and Senior categories and will represent Ghana at the AI for Good Global Summit in Geneva this July. We focused our engagement to enableing access to learning, resources, kits, and mentorship—demonstrating its commitment to empowering African youth through technology.
