In November, TME Education Kenya, led by Ambassador Kelvin Kangethe Gitau, played a key role in advancing IoT education through two major university events. At the Machakos University Hackfest, Kangethe shared insights on AI in IoT, engaging over 50 engineering and computer science students. Meanwhile, at the Zetech University IoT Hackathon, more than 30 participants competed to develop innovative IoT solutions.
TME Education provided Arduino-based kits and resources, allowing students to apply their knowledge in practical, real-world projects. These events are part of a larger effort to bridge the technology gap and equip young innovators with the skills needed in today’s digital world.
With over 300 students impacted, TME Education Kenya continues to strengthen its partnerships with universities, ensuring that more young minds are empowered through hands-on learning.
