Mission&Vision

Our vision is the world with equal access to technological and electronics education and unlimited development possibilities for the youth. Our mission is to provide equipment, knowledge and experience to the students and youth in the regions, where such resources are hardly accessible and to create effective and long-lasting solutions through synergistic cooperation.

Who we are

TME Education was founded by Transfer Multisort Elektronik, one of the leading global distributors of electronic components based in Poland. The company recognizes the impact the technological advancements have on the labour market and how they shape the situation At the same time, this very tendency puts many young people at risk of being left behind as the access to proper technical education is often limited in their regions. Over a quarter of a century of experience in international markets enabled TME to launch a unique initiative that joins technology and intercultural knowledge exchange. TME Education is the answer to the threat of growing inequality. The programme aims to engage the youth in changing their reality by becoming lifelong learners and using technology and innovative approach combined to create better perspectives not only for one person but also the whole community.

How we act

In TME Education, we believe that togetherness is the key to sustainable growth and development. Therefore one of our core targets is to establish strong and long-lasting cooperation with educational institutions to come up with effective solutions. The second pillar of our activity is forming a close and fruitful relationship with the students as it is them who will form the future society. That is why we are committed to ensuring proper conditions and resources to broaden their knowledge and develop their skills. Our actions include:

• providing schools and higher education institutes with electronic tools that can be used for teaching,
• conducting training sessions and workshops for educators,
• sponsoring educational projects,
• providing online courses and e-books,
• helping with classroom renovations,
• motivating and supporting educational volunteers to reach their potential.

As we promote innovativeness and out-of-the-box thinking we are also open to create solutions together.

Focus Areas

Female Education - More knowledgeable women and girls do not only contribute to general development but also shape the attitude towards education for future generations.
Teacher Education - Teacher's role is critical in forging passion into a profession and transforming a student into an independent thinker.
Vocational schools- Specialized institutions are the most reliable source of qualified workers who would meet the needs of the labor market.
